The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail Friday, June 24. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Lawrence Michael Wasisco, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for aggravated theft.

Robert Carston Mann IV, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for investigation into possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.

Anthony Serna, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for investigation into second-degree malicious mischief and six counts of third-degree malicious mischief.

Ricky Lee Guttormson, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Latisha Rosemarie McLean, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for disobeying a lawful order of the court.

Chelsey Marie Hope, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for driving under the influence.

Josey Sean Simonds, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for urinating in public, obstructing and failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Darryl Edward Miller, booked by Washington State Patrol for fourth-degree assault.

Harvey Brian Paul, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to appear for a probation violation for driving under the influence.

Juan Alberto Villarreal, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for a civil bench warrant.

Richard McKellar Daniels, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Mark Anthony Gill, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for a probation violation for possessing and consuming alcohol.

Donato Alberto Zamora, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Dustin William Crabtree, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, and a probation violation for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Theresa Portillo, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Randy James Stocker, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for third-degree driving with a suspended license, hit and run with an attended vehicle and failure to appear for a domestic violence protection order and making false statements.

Andrew Miles Merwin, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for four counts of violation of a no-contact order, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, and interfering with reporting domestic violence.

Tessa Regan Greene, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for investigation into three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear for a probation violation for three counts of paraphernalia possession.

Joseph Patrick Yusis III, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for assault.

Scott P. Selin, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for second-degree assault, domestic violence.

Nathaniel Trevor Powell, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for third- degree driving with a suspended license.

John Roderick Brooks, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for third-degree malicious mischief and obstructing.

Suhail Mohammad Shanti, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for investigation into a fugitive warrant for first-degree murder from Poteau, Okla., and an Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold.
