Crispy Crunch Coookies

Adele Lloyd of Bellingham says these are "easy to make and enjoyable to eat!"

CRISPY CRUNCH COOKIES

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened

3/4 cup sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

11/2 cups all-purpose flour

11/2 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup coconut

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Directions

Cream butter and both sugars in mixing bowl. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Stir in remaining ingredients.

Drop by spoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.

Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 10 minutes until browned. Cool.
