Freezing Super Sweet Jubilee Corn

Published: September 10, 2010

The owners of Boxx Berry Farms, 6211 Northwest Road near Ferndale, say this is the best corn recipe they’ve ever come across. Simply cut corn off the cob raw, without blanching it first. You can double or triple the recipe to go faster, if you have a large enough kettle.
