Whatcom County Jail report for Feb. 1

The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

John Wright, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for failure to appear for shoplifting.

Marvin Lee Phair, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for investigation of driving under the influence.

Georgia Rae Cagey, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for investigation of use of a vehicle without permission.

Anchena Cheanna Miller, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for investigation of aggravated theft, abduction, failure to appear for third-degree theft and an invalid operator's license.

Shaun Clinton Wallen, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault and driving under the influence.

Jerry Wade Chipman, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for contempt of court and third-degree driving with a suspended license.
