Bellingham's Upfront Theatre offering 'BizProv' workshops

The Upfront Theatre, a Bellingham based live improv comedy theatre, is providing two free "BizProv" drop-ins.

The hour-long, improv-based, business focused workshops start at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 28 and Tuesday, Feb. 23.

The two drop-ins are a chance for business people to test out what the classes are like and to promote a new session of BizProv classes starting in March.

The BizProv classes are an hour of fun, focused improv games and exercises related to increasing success in business. The workshops use the principles and practices of improv to increase communication, creativity, confidence, spontaneity and the ability to "think on your feet."

The workshops will be taught by improv instructor Galen Emanuele.
