Whatcom County Jail report for Aug. 4

The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Eric Joel Ortiz, booked by the Lynden Police for investigation of violating a protection order for domestic violence.

Tyler Glen Lagerwey, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for possessing a stolen vehicle, domestic violence fourth degree assault, and investigation of violating a protection order for domestic violence.

John Robert Stepstone, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of a fugitive warrant from Garfield County.

Trevor John Crawford, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to stop and give information.

Iralee Ernest Anthony James, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for two counts of violating a no-contact order.

Arthur Frederick Rice, booked by the National Parks Service for investigation of a fugitive warrant from Philadelphia, Pa.

David James Poirier, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for two counts of failure to appear for driving with a suspended license and possession of a dangerous weapon.

Paul Josephus Soldier, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for a Department of Corrections warrant.

Anita Holly Dubbs, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Efrain Sebastian Martinez, booked from court for failing to meet a juvenile drug court commitment.

Casie Rae Greene, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for violating drug court.

Dalton Jay Harp, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Darby Richard Maguire, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for a Department of Corrections warrant and making false statements.

Ronald Eugene Applegate, booked by the Department of Corrections for a superior court hold and to return to the Department of Corrections.

Joseph Anthony Boyd, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for second-degree burglary, second-degree theft, violating a no-contact order and reckless driving.

Brandine Courtney Phillips, booked by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement for an Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold.

Braulio Solano-Garcia, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for first-degree driving with a suspended license and violating an interlock requirement.

Darryl Eric Clemmer, booked by the Washington State Patrol for reckless driving, third-degree driving with a suspended license, obstruction an officer and a Department of Corrections warrant.

Alex Daniel Michel, booked by the Whatcom County Sherriff's Office for violating an anti-harassment no-contact order for domestic violence.
