Little Twin's confines are managed on a split season with a catch and release summer fishery under selective fishing rules and a kill opportunity in the off-months.

Angler notes: Expect the rainbows to be about 11 inches. A few big brookies also will be taken.

Open water: 24 acres.

Seasons: Year-round (April 1 to Nov. 30 under catch and release selective fishery rules; Dec. 1 to March 31 with kill fishery with any legal gear).

Angling quarry here: Rainbows, eastern brook trout and tiger trout.

Stocking for 2008: 1,500 catchable and 2,000 fingerling rainbows plus 2,000 tiger trout fry.

Special rules: Seasonal plus selective gear rule applies, no minimum size but one trout per day limit. For other gamefish, selective gear rule in effect and statewide size and bag limits apply.

Boat launch: WDFW with a graveled ramp.

Getting there: Take Highway 20 to Winthrop, after crossing the Methow River eastbound on Highway 20 turn right on Twin Lakes Road.
