Bellingham is smack dab in the middle of two children’s festivals next week. What a great time to be young.

If you’re heading up north, try the Vancouver, B.C. International Children’s Festival, or go south for Seattle International Children’s Festival.

Both festivals offer family-friendly fun with performers from all over the world, whether it’s Peruvian puppets, a Brazilian circus or an African dance group. Puppetry, acrobatics, acting, music and dance provide ample entertainment opportunities for the young and young at heart.
