John and Verta Hudak will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary September 12th with a weekend away. They also celebrated in August at a family reunion with all the "O" birthdays of 2008. They were married in Burlington Wa. in 1958. John is a retired cement mason and Verta is a homemaker. They have two children, Kari,(Terry) Todd II ,and John Hudak Jr. Three grandchildren, Courtney and T. Alex Todd III, and Jacob Hudak. They are expecting their first great-grandchild in October.
