Campaign sign thefts nonsense for both sides

In the Friday, Oct 10, page A3, story by Sam Taylor says a lady had her Obama/Biden sign stolen, but said no Republican signs had been removed. I guess that doesn't mean city-wide because both of my McCain/Palin signs have been either stolen or damaged and thrown in a ditch on at least six occasions (I keep replacing them). I recall that during the last election, four years ago, Democratic sign stealers/vandals outnumbered Republican rascals by a wide margin. It is too bad such nonsense goes on, by either side, in this "kinder, gentler" county.
