This November we voters will get to say yay or nay to what I believe is legalized murder - the proponents call it "physician assisted suicide" (a bloody euphemism). Apparently it can be called suicide since the victim chooses her/his timing; but I believe it is really nothing more than legalized premeditated murder.
Where are the right-to-life Republicans who have been so quick to oppose what they believe is premeditated murder at the beginning of life?
I dare say those Republicans are not around for several reasons: they are solely against abortion; they are for capital punishment; they are for war and its excessive life destruction; and they are for the elimination of the elderly, who are becoming a drain upon society's economic well-being.
Maybe, they are not around because they do not want to offend one of their own.
Frankly, the taking of human life for whatever reason is immoral and should be outlawed, if it isn't already. Vote against this so-called physician-assisted suicide proposal.
