All but three Democrats in Washington state tried to take away your right of peoples petition for initiatives this year. Yes, take away voters right to gather signatures on things people believe the Legislature is not doing - as per financial responsibility.

This is why Initiative 985 is on the books to be voted on this fall, because the courts would not let them stifle the people.

The Democrats are the spenders, I believe that is why Gov. Chris Gregiore blames Bush. Why not, she's not going to blame herself. She needs someone else to blame. She has gotten use to getting freebies from the feds and she has used up her credit card.
