Has suggestions for WTA other than tax

After being "flush" with nearly $36 million in public revenue over three years, the WTA now "needs $14 million for buses?"

Taxpayers have already paid too much.

Here's what I believe the WTA can do to trim congestion and increase efficiency:

The WTA should seek mergers with the school districts for school bus service. There is waste and duplication in this area.

Public employees should be provided bus fare and urged to use the WTA system.

Parking spaces are at a premium and should be meted out to those who wish to pay for them.
