We must be idiots. There is a gasoline crunch going on and what do we do? We stand by watch while the best solution the political parties can come up with is to try and antagonize each others bases.
So Republicans want to drill in pristine wilderness and stick it to the greenies and the Democrats want to regulate options trading and stick it to the crooks on Wall Street.
We live in the 15th largest oil exporting nation in the world. We export over 1,000,000 barrels of oil per day.
Yet no one can come up with the idea to stop exporting 1,000,000 barrels of oil per day.
