I've known Judge Chuck Snyder for more than 20 years and have had the privilege of working closely with him.

He is principled, capable, fair, and precisely the kind of man who belongs in a position of great responsibility.

I know him to approach each case he hears prepared and with an open mind. He is experienced and dedicated to the integrity of the court process and is constantly working to implement innovative programs to alleviate drugs, domestic violence and crime in our community.

In his 18 years on the bench he has proven himself to be an outstanding judge. I urge those voters who do not know him personally to take note that in addition to endorsements from community leaders, attorneys and law enforcement, he has strong support from judges both local and statewide, including that of Washington Supreme Court Justice Alexander - people eminently qualified to assess his credibility as a judge.

I believe that support is well-earned and not lightly given. Please re-elect Snyder to Whatcom County Superior Court.
