Finds sentences too short in drug killing

With regard to the coldblooded murder of Ryan Anderson, I am stunned, shocked and amazed at the sentences imposed on the killer and his co-thug approved by Judge Uhrig, made in a deal with the attorneys in the case.

The men pleaded guilty to second-degree murder. The definition: “Second-degree murder is ordinarily defined as 1) an intentional killing that is not premeditated or planned, nor committed in a reasonable “heat of passion” or 2) a killing caused by dangerous conduct and the offender’s obvious lack of concern for human life.”

A passage in The Bellingham Herald article said “Arthur Scott shot the former Little Caesars assistant manager in the head at point blank range.”

For that he gets sentenced to a mere 22.5 years and his partner in crime got 24 years. Both have a past record of crime. Do we the public really want to deal with these creeps again in the minimum of 22.5 years?

Is anyone else as disgusted with this as I am?
