Erika Ramstead had 16 kills and Aubrey Lamber added six as the Nooksack volleyball team made quick work of visiting Friday Harbor on Saturday, Oct. 4, winning the match in three games.

Scores for the match were not available.

Kelsey Lambert had 16 digs and Lesley Anker finished with 27 assists and 11 digs for the Pioneers.

"They played very consistent," Nooksack Valley assistant coach Maddie Stockwell said in a phone interview. "That was probably the most consistent they played all season."
