Whatcom County Jail report for July 8

The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

John Raymond Cox Young, book by the Bellingham Police Department for investigation of second-degree assault and interfering with reporting.

Nathan Allen Oldham, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to appear for disorderly conduct and obstruction.

Benny Duprie Worthy Sr., booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's for violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act.

Emma Lee Small, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for third-degree theft and first-degree criminal trespass.

Waldo Sanxhez-Aguiar, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to agree for fourth-degree assault.

Ryan Brierly, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for investigation of fourth-degree child molestation and fourth-degree assault.

Roger Duane Scott, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for failure to appear for communicating with a minor for immoral purposes.

Rafael Loya-Morales, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for investigation of witness intimidation.

Gabrial Leon C. Tevares, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for for fourth-degree assault, possessing marijuana and driving under the influence.

Eddie Benjamin Ryan, booked by the Lynden Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Dalibor Jegarski, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for three counts of drug delivery.

Roger Thomas Brunswisk, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for driving under the influence and hit and run.

Ashton Arthur Crabtree, booked by the Blaine Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Ronald James Sheffer, booked by the Lynden Police Department for fourth-degree assault.

Steven Anthhony Leo George, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of disorderly conduct and consuming alcohol.
