BELLINGHAM — Sleep specialist Dr. David Morrison will speak Thursday, March 12, about healthy sleep and how it changes for those with sleep apnea.
The free event runs from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the lower-level conference room at PeaceHealth Medical Group, 4545 Cordata Parkway.
People with continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) equipment, which is used to treat sleep apnea, can bring them to have the pressure settings checked.
Seating is limited; call 752-5648 by Wednesday to reserve a space. The event is part of Puget Sound Sleepers, a support group for people with sleep apnea, and their families.
