Bellingham pilates expo offers resources

BELLINGHAM - Those with New Year's resolutions to get fit should make plans to attend the Pilates Expo Bellingham from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14.

The Depot Market Square building on Railroad Avenue will be filled with representatives from local pilates studios as well as local health practitioners who can answer questions about exercise and fitness. The event is free, but there will be a raffle for prizes, with proceeds benefiting the Bellingham YWCA.
