BELLINGHAM — The Garden Spot Nursery, 900 Alabama St., will sponsor the Bellingham Boys & Girls Club in its annual Christmas tree sale beginning Saturday, Dec. 6.

Teen and staff volunteers from the Boys & Girls Club will help sell the noble fir trees every Saturday and Sunday in December, said Rhonda Shaffer, program director at the Bellingham Boys & Girls Club. Ten percent of the proceeds will go toward the Boys & Girls Club’s teen programs.

For the past seven years, the Garden Spot has contributed more than $12,000 to the club, Shaffer said.
