BELLINGHAM - A free class that focuses on mental health recovery will begin Monday, Nov. 2, and run on Mondays through Dec. 14.
The recurring class teaches the Wellness Recovery Action Plan, which was created by a mental health advocate and writer named Mary Ellen Copeland, who struggled with manic depression. The sessions run 5:30 to 7 p.m. at St. Luke's Community Health Education Center, 3333 Squalicum Parkway.
